In 2009, I had an amazing experience. I got to interview 11 library leaders from across Colorado's Front Range. I reported my findings back to senior staff and the Board of Trustees at Douglas County Libraries, as well as the folks I interviewed.
The leaders shared their insights about the economy and rising library use, staffing patterns, performance measures, DCL, and the big issues and trends of the next three years follow. The report is up on Scribd, and now I get to share their ideas with you.
